• These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, redemptions, and interactions with Allen Holdings Pte Ltd (“the Company”), operating as ECO GREEN.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this site.

2. Products and Sales

• All goods sold are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law.
• All products sold include prevailing GST (Goods and Services Tax) and any other applicable government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; errors in pricing will be corrected as soon as detected.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product may vary.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed until payment or redemption is confirmed.

3. Reward Points and Promotions

• Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value outside of authorised ECO GREEN redemptions.
• Reward Points are valid only until the stated expiry date; expired points are forfeited automatically without notice.
• Promotions are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
• In the event of mobile number merging or consolidation, all previously redeemed points associated with those numbers will be forfeited.

4. Orders and Payments

• Order confirmation is subject to successful payment authorisation or redemption verification.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be cancelled, and the relevant authorities may be notified.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation at its sole discretion.

5. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery dates and times are estimates only; delays will not entitle the purchaser to compensation or cancellation.
• The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allen Holdings Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
• Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Final Decision

• All decisions made by Allen Holdings Pte Ltd relating to promotions, redemptions, and disputes are final and binding.
